For MOBIL ELEKTRONIK this year´s Agritechnica was the show of trailer steering featuring EHLA Trailer.

Since 2009 a large number of users had the chance to convince theirselves of the performance and flexibility of the system. As a result our product could be found on more than 10 trailer manufacturers all over the show, and the number of enquiries promises even more to come.

What´s the main arguments for electronic-hydraulic trailer steering?

• force-free coupling between axles and drawbar
• speed dependent steering for stabilisation of the tracking at high speed
• unlimited functions e.g. offset steering, crab steering
• unlimited steering force, especially on heavy ground
• reduction of weight compared to conventional mechanic steering systems
• reduced wear compared to conventional mechanic steering systems
• no break of coupling rods

Moreover, the steer-by-wire found enormeous resonance: the possibility of achieving an approval for public road recommends our redundant vehicle steering with auto-return-to-zero for heavy harvesting machines and special applications
